In the heart of the estate, in the breathtaking teepee, together we open The Listening Field: a sound journey that invites you to soften, feel and connect more deeply with yourself and nature.

We start with a cup of ceremonial cocoa as a heart opener, followed by a shared intention setting outside around the fire. Then you may surrender to rest: lying on a comfortable mattress, warmly covered, you take your place in the field of silence, sound and healing.

Using singing bowls, gongs, drums, voice and other healing instruments, we guide you on an inner journey. A journey through vibration and space, in which you don’t have to do anything except listen. To the sounds, to your body, and to what presents itself within. At the end of the journey you will receive a small token on which you can keep your intention or give it to the earth. We conclude with a cup of tea and a moment of sharing (if you wish).
