Transformational Breath® is a powerful breathing technique that helps you connect with your body, emotions and unconscious blockages. Through deep, connected breathing, you activate your self-healing ability and create space for what your inner system wants to reveal.

🍄 Magic truffle ceremony
After the breath, we open the ceremony with magic truffles. We work with a tuned, safe dosage, tailored to your experience, intention and sensitivity. The truffles are respectfully used as a natural pathway to awareness, healing and clarity.

The ceremony takes place in a small group (max 9 participants), with a loving setting of soft music, energetic guidance and space to create your own journey.

👣 Guidance & bedding
You will be guided by three experienced facilitators: Eric, Esther and/or Sebastiaan.
They create a careful, loving and safe space in which you are allowed to sink fully into your process – without judgment, without rushing, without having to.

Our way of guiding is intuitive, attuned and always focused on your autonomy. You are seen, carried and invited to deeper contact with yourself.

We work with a small group (max. 9 participants) so there is really room for personal attention.
Participation is only possible after a short intake, in which we look together whether this ceremony fits your process, health and intention. After registration we will contact you personally.
