APPM planting day: tea hedge with 6 kinds of tea

APPM planted this tea hedge in 2021 as part of their annual sustainability day. In this tea hedge you will find the following types of tea:

Offline blend: lime blossom, elderflower, caraway, chamomile, rose petal
(un)green Blend: Hemp, Dandelion (leaf), Horsetail, marigold
F***ing fresh blend: Yarrow, sorrel, lemon balm, Spearmint, cornflower
Off-Black blend: Walnut leaf, Willowherb, Cornflower
Opkicker blend: dandelion, plantain, fennel, sage, marigold.
Holy Smokey: Birch leaf, meadowsweet, (water) mint

Last summer, our tea makers on the estate have already enjoyed harvesting it. The tea we served during Campfire Stories this year (2022) contained dried leaves from this APPM-sponsored tea hedge and was particularly tasty!
