Someone who takes pride in a perfectly made bed, a clean bathroom, a tent that looks fresh and inviting. Who understands that the guests who come here need rest and care. And that you help make that possible.
That’s your job. Hands-on, visible and valuable.
What you do
You will participate in the daily operations of the housekeeping team. Together you make sure accommodations, tents and rooms are ready for the next group.
- You will clean the glamping tents and cabins and make beds.
- You will prepare event spaces: the Greenhouse, the Slot, the Tipi and the sanitary building.
- You work according to established protocols and checklists so that every detail is correct.
- You will work exclusively with ecological cleaning products appropriate to the values of Yūgen Forest.
- You will work together in a small team and contribute to a nice, calm working atmosphere.
During busy events, you’ll also help (by arrangement) in the kitchen as a dishwasher. Because at Yūgen Forest, we tackle things together.
Your rhythm
The seasons dictate our pace. More hours are available in the peak season; in the off-season we work more leisurely.

Who you are
- You love to work and enjoy working physically.
- You have an eye for detail and a sense of hospitality.
- You are reliable, punctual and work well together.
- You feel at home outside, in a quiet and mindful environment.
- You live in the Dronten region (max. 30 km).
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not a requirement
What we offer you
- A workplace in a special nature reserve in the middle of Flevoland’s countryside
- €16.00 to €17.00 gross per hour, graded on experience
- Travel allowance of €0.23/km
