SYLVA is more than a meal. It’s an immersive experience curated with love and precision by Chef Thor, Farmer Rick, and experience designer Garo. Together, they craft an evening that celebrates the seasons, the land, and the connection between nature and nourishment.

The evening begins with a garden walk and welcome drink, followed by a seven-course open fire dinner under the trees. After closing the night by the fire, you’ll sleep in a private cabin or glamping tent surrounded by nature.

Wake up to birdsong, stretch with the sunrise, and enjoy a nourishing breakfast before returning to the world. Grounded, inspired, and well fed.
