Food for the soul
Meals are hugely important and we pay a lot of attention to these moments. Our Lebanese chef Garo combines his Armenian and Italian roots in his predominantly vegetarian dishes. We prefer to serve the meals at long tables, where the platters go around full of flavor and color.

We work as much as possible with ingredients from the estate, grown with love and care by our regenerative farmer Rick and his team. Together with our chef, they work and harvest with the seasons.
Upon request, we can also provide meat at meals, also using beef from our own cows or game shot on the estate by our hunter-gatherer Ellen whenever possible.

Minimum numbers for catering are 10 people. Of course, it is always possible to come for dinner with fewer people, but please email us to discuss the cost. Download the price list below or contact us.

As stewards of Roggebotstaete, Yūgen Forest places purpose above profit. The profit we make finds its way back to nature. We increase the biodiversity, have ambitions to conduct scientific conduct research and educational programs for schools, governments and organizations through which we share what we learn.
