Hidden among the trees is our outdoor venue, the Forest Room. Surrounded by greenery and fresh outdoor air, yet comfortably sheltered from wind and weather thanks to the canopy and two spacious, waterproof stretch tents.
The fire pits invite you to be together, share stories or connect wordlessly. The BBQ place and wood-fired pizza oven offer endless indulgence, dining at long tables in the beech avenue is a magical and unforgettable experience.
This venue is suitable for larger teams, retreats, weddings and events up to 120 people. The setup is flexible; the Forest Room accommodates whatever wants to arise.
This venue invites active work sessions, strategy days, ceremonies or informal celebrations. Adjacent is a 1,200-square-foot open field overlooking the orchard – ideal for outdoor sessions or larger programs.

You always book our venues including our fair food. If you wish, you can also combine the locations, or stay overnight for a multi-day event. In addition, we offer various extras to enrich your event; for more depth, inspiration and relaxation.
We cook with love for nature and as much as possible with our own produce from the food forest, vegetable garden and herb garden. Our chefs conjure up the most delicious (vegetarian) dishes that stimulate your senses.
At Yūgen Forest, you can also stay overnight during the summer season. The carefully decorated glamping tents let you experience the peace and beneficence of nature. Immerse yourself, relax, get a good rest and feel reborn. Only bookable for (business) groups of 10 people or more.
