Burgers, minced meat, sausage, sausage and stew, among others.

Include steak, sirloin steak, tartare, stew, ox sausage, bratwurst, smoked sausage and beef pouletes (to a lesser extent) burgers, minced beef and sausage.

This package contains ± 5kg of bones from our Brandred cattle from Roggebotstaete Estate.

Description

The raw materials come from the own estate, The food is 100% natural and consists of dried grass in winter. From March through November, the animals graze on herb-rich grasslands.

The animals are slaughtered by butcher Ter Weele. The meat is delivered vacuum-packed and frozen.

Please note that these packages can only be picked up on Saturday, April 27, 2024 (between noon and 2 p.m.) at Roggebotstaete Estate (Vossemeerdijk 6 in Dronten). It is not possible to pick up the packages at another/later time (due to our limited storage capacity).
