This surprise meat package contains ± 6.5kg of mixed beef (good for 1 freezer drawer) from Brandred cattle from Roggebotstaete Estate.
These include steak, sirloin steak, tartare, stew, ox sausage, bratwurst, smoked sausage and beef pouletes (to a lesser extent) burgers, minced beef and sausage.
The raw materials come from the own estate, The food is 100% natural and consists of dried grass in winter. From March through November, the animals graze on herb-rich grasslands.
The animals are slaughtered in Kerkvoorde by butcher and caterer Kervoordevlees. The meat is delivered vacuum-packed and frozen.
Please note that these packages can only be picked up on SATURDAY 4 NOVEMBER at Roggebotstaete Estate (Vossemeerdijk 6 in Dronten). It is not possible to pick up the packages at another/later time (due to our limited storage capacity).
