Yūgen Forest is a place for wonder, connection, awareness and transformation. At our estate in Dronten – with beautiful vistas, food forests and vegetable gardens and beautiful spaces for retreats & community – we are building something beyond yourself. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, plant and harvest with us; someone who sets the commercial course and collaborates practically.
What will you do?
- You bear the responsibility for our sales: inbound & outbound, bookings, quotations – you ensure that leads are converted into happy customers.
- You build long-term relationships: with companies for retreats & offsites, with restaurants for purchase of vegetable packages, with hospitality & partner networks.
- You will think along and collaborate on marketing, storytelling, campaigns, social media & SEO, and work with us to keep website and CRM up to date.
- You will develop marketing channels for our horticulture: CSA subscriptions, restaurants, specialty stores, etc.
- You analyze what works – and what could be better – so that we grow ever more consciously and effectively.
Who are you?
- You have a hands-on mentality: you are not afraid to put on the boots yourself AND you know how to get people on board.
- You are communicatively strong, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English.
- You are structured, results-oriented and have an eye for detail.
- Affinity for sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and nature as a mentor is a plus.
- Experience in sales, hospitality or business development is a plus, but the right mindset and drive weigh just as heavily with us.
