Return to Center is an all-inclusive weekend immersion hosted by Yugen Forest and Lauren Lee.
This retreat is designed to bring you back home to the ground of your being.
Immerse wholeheartedly into the teachings of yoga as a way to reconnect, realign and reawaken. Explore the seed teachings of Kashmir Shaivism, a non-dual Tantric lineage to remember your innate essence and return to your center so you can move with greater presence and power.
You are invited to drop deep into the slow and sweet rhythm of life at Yugen, nestled amongst the pristine forests and fields, a journey back home to the center of your heart.
