As a hospitality star, you welcome our guests and ensure that the locations and accommodations look tip-top, that there is enough wood in stock, fresh flowers are on the tables, everyone knows where they need to be, and the coffee is ready.

Are you flexible, accurate, and stress-resistant even when things get busy? Do you love welcoming people as a host and showing them the way? Are you also willing to contribute to keeping the public areas clean and tidy? Do you speak English? Are you good with computers? Then we are looking for you!

We find it incredibly important that our guests are taken care of and feel welcome, and we find it just as important that you can do your job well — so we will take good care of you! There are plenty of growth opportunities and a lot to learn about nature management and nature-inclusive and regenerative agriculture.

• First point of contact for all questions from clients and participants.
• Representing the face of Yūgen Forest to clients and participants.
• Being a versatile ‘all-rounder’ for all kinds of matters that may arise during the clients’ stay.
• Receiving groups, checking them in, and providing a warm welcome with the most important information about their stay.

• Relevant work experience in a similar position.
• A warm and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to connect well with a diversity of people.
• Being proactive in looking for solutions.
• Familiar with hospitality and always able to see opportunities to make the client’s stay more pleasant.
• Able to do physical work and lift heavy objects.
• Able to handle all questions from clients or participants efficiently and adequately.
• Accuracy and flexibility.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
