Give your program that little bit extra.
Sometimes it works really well to step out of your program for a moment. Between work sessions, before lunch, after a break, or as a conclusion to an intense afternoon.
To create space where more connection (with nature, with yourself, with others) can arise and everything can come together. In the silence of the forest, around the fire, or with your hands in the earth. We offer nature experiences, workshops, wellness, and connecting group activities to enrich, deepen, slow down, or simply re-energize your program.
